Emily is the dedicated Preschool Manager who brings a wonderful blend of expertise and enthusiasm to our team every day. With a happy, bubbly, and outgoing personality, Emily truly loves her career in childcare and is committed to fostering a positive, nurturing environment for all children.

Beyond her managerial duties, Emily serves as our SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) and DSL (Designated Safeguarding Lead), ensuring every child's individual needs are met and their safety is the top priority. She is also fully First Aid trained. Emily's passion is dedicated to providing quality care and outstanding leadership, driving the preschool to be the very best it can be.

As our dedicated Deputy Lead, Carlie is an invaluable member of the team. With many years of extensive experience across all areas of early years, she brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her role.
 

Carlie is also our Deputy Safeguarding Lead, and first aid trained, supporting the manager to ensure the highest standards of safety and well-being for all children. She has great organisational skills which are key to keeping the setting running smoothly and thrives on guiding and supporting the team. Most importantly, Carlie is committed to making a real difference, dedicated to supporting families and their children through their early years journey.

Callum is our enthusiastic Senior Play Worker, bringing a fantastic sense of fun and energy to the preschool every day! He is well-loved by the children, always ready to engage them in exciting activities.
 

Callum is a huge advocate for being active and excels at promoting active play in the outdoors, making sure the children get the most out of our outdoor space. He also plays a vital role in the team, helping to support their continued professional development and ensuring our staff always have the skills to provide outstanding care. As our deputy SENCO Callum plays a vital role in supporting Emily in ensuring all the needs of the children are met. Callum is also first aid trained

Emma is the fun, creative heart of our team, known for her love of arts and crafts! She's always coming up with amazing activities that ensure there's never a boring moment for the children.

Beyond her incredible creativity with the children, Emma takes a lead role in our fundraising efforts. Her outstanding ideas not only help raise crucial extra funds to enhance our preschool but also create wonderful, lasting memories for our families. Emma also holds a full first aid qualification.

Beth brings a wonderfully gentle nature to our preschool, which helps create a truly supportive and welcoming environment for all the children.

Her enthusiasm for all areas of children's learning shines through in her practice every day. Beth particularly thrives in supporting the children's interests and working with their choices, ensuring the activities we offer are engaging, relevant, and driven by what the children want to discover. 

Natalie brings a wonderful sense of warmth and creativity to the team! She has a huge love for messy play and being creative, and is always bringing a new, fun activity to the children's table.

Known for her calm approach, Natalie offers an immense amount of warmth and love to all the children. She has a fantastic skill for settling all children and offers huge amounts of reassurance to our new starters, making those first few days a little easier for everyone

Vicki brings a wonderful, natural mothering nature to the preschool. She is incredibly gentle and has formed strong, loving relationships with all the children—a fact that's clear when you hear the huge cheer she often gets when she arrives at work! The sheer joy on the children's faces when they see her speaks volumes.

You can often find Vicki in the thick of the action at the craft station, typically covered in paint and PVA glue, making wonderful memories and messy masterpieces with the children!
